Refunds and exchanges will only be agreed upon within 24 hours of the time your order is placed.

If the product is customized or personalized, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Kindly DM us if there are any faulty items. After your request has been approved, we will replace your faulty item with a new one. The product must be received UNWORN and in its original packaging.
